Binhexs handled the full project lifecycle: from system selection and implementation to technical coordination and ongoing service desk support. As Raffaella, the project coordinator, puts it: “We deployed 1 PM, 1 coordination figure and around 5 technicians, working both remotely and on-site.”
The flagship stores, set in prestigious locations such as Via Cusani in Milan and Taormina, demanded flawless execution and zero downtime. For brand-new store openings, the team also took care of PC staging, cabling and full IT infrastructure setup.
Hypercare: Support Beyond the Project
Leveraging its partnership with X/Y Retail, Binhexs also took care of staff training, covering Sales Associates, Store Managers and all store personnel, both on-site and remotely.
Now that the system is live, Binhexs remains the go-to partner for first-level support, with a service desk team fully dedicated to retail.
